We're on the lookout for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at WowStayz. If you're someone who loves sales, connecting with people, and has a thing for the travel industry, you might just be the perfect fit! Your job? Well, it's all about boosting sales, building great relationships with clients, and hitting those revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
● Cook up smart strategies to not just meet, but totally crush those sales targets for all our cool travel stuff. ● Spot new chances to grow the business, stay in the loop with what's hot in the market, and get friendly with potential customers. ● Make buddies with our clients, travel agencies, and business pals – you're the friendly face of WowStayz! ● Be the leader of the sales squad. Help them shine by giving advice, cheering them on, and making sure they're hitting their goals. ● Team up with the marketing folks to plan and run campaigns that don't just sell but also spread the word about our amazing brand. ● Keep an eye on sales numbers, make sense of them, and tell the bosses what's working (and what's not). ● Hang out at industry parties, events, and meet-ups. Show off WowStayz and make some industry friends. ● Know what's up in the travel world, what the competition is doing, and how we can be even more awesome.
Qualifications:
● A degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar. If you've got a Master's, that's even cooler.
● You've done this gig before – Sales Manager, preferably in travel or hospitality. Show us what you've got! ● You're the captain of teamwork, great at cheering on your sales crew. ● Talking? Yep, you're great at it. You gotta have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● You've got a history of hitting those sales targets – you're all about results. ● Oh, and familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics tools is a must! ● You're cool when things change and can switch up your game plan when needed. ● Sometimes you'll need to jet off for client hangouts, events, and whatnot.
